I’ve been recently invited in the Mamux seminar in IRCAM

IRCAM

Institut de Recherche et Coordination Acoustique Musique, near the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris

and asked to deliver a presentation about my work on the Number Pieces of John Cage, which I exposed in a previous post.

This was a great day, and it gave me the opportunity to meet many people from the music/mathematic community, whom I only knew from their publications.

Anyway, the mamux page for the seminar even has videos of the participants’ interventions. You can watch them from this link.

And if you’d like to see the presentation itself, you can download it here: IRCAM-Presentation-2013-10-04 (The presentation is for private use only. If you’d like to re-use some of the content of this presentation, please contact me first).
